DESCRIPTION


The Rare Madcliff album was released on the underground Guinness label in 1977. Semi-shrouded in mystery it transpired that Players Association lead Chris Hills was behind the album with writing credits shared by himself and Chico Waters. We’ve drawn two killer, club friendly cuts from the album: the ‘Deep Funk’ classic ‘You Can Make The Change’, a pounding, relentless, raw edged funky soul dancer, and the jazzier ‘What The People Say About Love’.
