Our top two selects from their 1977 self-titled & only album The Perfect Circle, LP feature peak George Semper who produced, performed on, & released the LP on his LA based Inner City Records label. A “Hammond B3 Hero” for his 1966 Makin Waves, LP The Perfect Circle cemented his music legacy as a “Godfather of Bay Area Funk”. The Perfect Circle band is most known for their Bay Area Funk (San Francisco/Oakland) sound a geographically unique fusion of funk, jazz, soul, & folk, & rock akin to bands Tower of Power and War. The Perfect Circle, LP has become a rare-vinyl grail among DJs, music lovers & collectors worldwide! Our two favorites lead with the disco-funk dancer title track introducing the band The Perfect Circle. On the flip side is The Hands of Time a b-boy, disco, jazz-funk floor shaker! Dynamite cuts, has FINALLY managed to license my two favorite tracks the the Holy grail funk and soul LP Self titled “The Perfect Circle" album, Part of the George Semper musical legacy. The LP was released in 1977 on the Inner city records label. Every tracks a winner, “Perfect circle” & “The hands of Time” are both Rare groove and B-BOY funky dancer. This is a must have double.
